1 cup of boiled green lentils

2 cups of yogurt
6 tablespoons of mayonnaise

First of all, let’s boil our chicken. Let’s separate the water of the boiled chicken for barley vermicelli. Then let’s tear the chicken small. Let’s fry our barley noodle in 5 tablespoons of oil. Then add the chicken broth and hot water we have reserved. Lastly, let’s add the salt and let it
cook. Let’s take our cooked barley vermicelli into a deep bowl. After it cools completely, let’s add the shredded chicken on it. Add lentils, diced gherkin pickles and corn and mix. Let’s get yogurt and mayonnaise in the bowl. Let’s add the grated garlic and salt and mix. Add it to our mortar and mix it well and put it on the serving plate.
